I do a big rice pudding in my slow cooker. Gets lots of milk into the dc's.

Apple crumble

Eton Mess

Fruit salad.

rice pudding
crumble (well ds1 likes the crumble, ds2 eats the fruit aswell)
apple pie (ditto crumble re the fillings)
custard - with variety of things, most popular being banana or raisins.

If DD@s are off their food I make crumble and custard. Always goes down, not matter what is in teh crumble but I always add oats to the topping and don't break up all teh butter as it makes it crunchy.

Or toasted waffles with yoghurt and syrup.

apart from fruit and yogurt my dc's won't eat any other puddings apart from chocolate/brownie/pudding/cake.
