The subject says it all. It came in the box. It tastes nice. What do I do with it?

And do I need to water it? It's in a cardboard box, with no real soil in it, just matted roots, like it was grown hydroponically.

we used to grow on top of kitchen roll not soil

we just put seeds on kitchen roll and watered it.
we have some on the windowsill now - seeds to harvest in 10 days!

Ok ... but what do I eat it with? Is it just in sandwiches etc?

or salad

or just with egg & cress

or by itself
