Jarred vegetables

I've just enjoyed some lovely white asparagus from Lidl.

I've previously avoided jarred vegetables, other than beetroot and pickled onions, thinking they weren't worth buying, but evidently I've been missing out.

What are your favourite jarred vegetables? And what should I try next?

Pickled red cabbage from Lidl. Less than 70p for enough for 3 and as good as home made, according to my (German) mother.

Lidl, again you see!! (see my other post this morning)

I really love those grey/green jarred peas. And baby carrots. Yum.
