Pork Leg - best recipes please...?

I have a lovely looking pork leg (1.5 kg) in the freezer, purchased from lovely butcher at the market on the weekend. Does anyone have favourite cooking methods to give me ideas - otherwise I think I'm going to do it with fennel and roast as usual, but I'm always interested in ideas....

Quelle surprise, we had roast pork for tea and it was smothered with honey, chive and garlic mustard, salt and pepper then cooked slowly for 3 hours in a low oven then blasted on high for 20 mins.
It is difficult to gauge what it was like as I don't eat meat but my family seemed to like it.
