2 years ago had a really nice parmesan mash, at the ivy, anyone knwo how to make this?

oh sorry if it seemed like name dropping but i wondered if anyne had there cook book.

they do have a few recipes on their website but not this mash.
although the crab on on there looked v nice but quite tricky

My DH had the misfortune of choosing the crab there. He was eating at the Ivy on his first ever meal out with a new agent. The crab arrived with an entire tool kit with pliers and picks and hammers and gawd knows what. It was a very, very messy business.
