tomorrow i'm doing rack of lamb with basil butter and pine nuts, its lovely but do you hav any suggestions to basil butter?

Rosemary? Traditional with lamb

Sage is traditionaly a chicken herb but is really nice with Lamb and of course as scooter says Rosemary or Mint.

Garlic is also really nice to put in butter with Lamb.

mmm i like the idea of garlic butter.

i do like rosemary.
