I love gently simmered prunes and apricots, and generous helpings of a good cranberry jelly.

Then, I wont need apple sauce, but just the cooking gravy. The goose has cooked with oranges in the basting tins, so the gravy has a nice tangy flavour.

Chilli jelly, Slightly sweet, and the spices cut through the fat? Make one of each and let us know the result. I am aiming for goose for the jolly season.. looking for the best recipe!!?
