I always boil the water for my 11 mo to mix with his formula or just for drinking.
I have bought a water purifier but it sais that for babies and small children it still needs to be boiled.
At what age do you stop boiling the water. Also, is mineral/bottled water better than from the tab ?

officially 6 months for everything but milk bottles, 12 months for that.

mineral water probably isn't better than tap water as sometimes it can be a bit higher in salt (sodium) than tap water. evian is probasbly the best mineral water for your lo as it is lower in sodium.

I use evian as our tap water has fluoride added.

Wow it's 6 months.... all that boiling for nothing? Bah! Then again our tap water tastes like a swimming pool..

I never boiled water, I just used evian for everything.

Always used boiled water for formula (so that makes it 12 months). Also its easier to mix if a bit warmer. Used tap water from 6 months.
