I think my chicken is off, how can I tell for sure ??

Am supposed to be doing chicken stir fry.

Defrosted a pack of chicken breasts today and when I opened them they didn't smell right, but tbh I always think chicken smeels a bit anyway.

Have started cooking it but I can still smell the smell i think..

Chicken is probaly the only foodstuff I don't take any chances with.

And turkey too (if I ate it) according to a post I read on here this week.

It is in the bin, and i'mn glad i didn't risk it as I can still smell it now.

Luckily my mate popped round just and has sent her hubby off to the chip shop for me lol.
