I've made a beef stew and need some inspiration on how to make a bag of spinach a tasty side dish? TIA.

Fold into cheese sauce and bake?

Fold into dumpling mixture and cook with the stew?

stir fry indian style with mustard seed/shallots/garlic/tumeric powder?

Cream spinach. Fry a little onion, add spinach, wilt, add cup of milk or cream, cook for a couple of minutes and then add a good handful of cheese - delicious. Might be a bit sloppy to serve with beef stew though!

I lurve spinach! I am too lazy for side dishes most of the time though so if I make stew I usually just chuck it in the stew.

Another favourite here is fried spinach, onion and tomatoes.

Or spinach with butter and lemon juice...

Boil potatoes in chunks, stir spinach through with loads of butter and let it wilt?

I love spinach - I stick it in everything.

Sag aloo - spicy spinach and potatoes - I generally eat straight from the pan in food-thief mode

Or sauteed with mushrooms, onions, and butter.
