Grill them? Make up a marinade with tomatoe sauce, a few herbs, a little olive oil and a dash of lemon or vinegar. Grill under a hot grill turning and basting a couple of times - if the skin blackens a bit, that is fine : it actually adds to the flavour!

Put it in a stew untill it falls off the bone. Serve with mash or dumplings.
