I've very stupidly been "bullied" into doing my daughter's Cake Stall. The emphasis definitely lays on me to do the "bulk" of the cakes etc. Most things that I bake the kids eat within days (if not hours ) so I've never really bother with freezing anything. I have 2 weeks to go but would like to spread the effort by baking now and freezing. With this in mind I could really do with some suggestions for biscuits that I can freeze and then get out the day before. At this moment I have visions of clear cellophane and pretty ribbons allowing me to charge more etc. Advice really appreciated.
