So I am about to start making some marmalade - how good are Delia's instructions?

Have downloaded Delia Smith's marmalade recipe, has anyone used it and what do you think? Is it a good starter recipe or should I follow a different one?

Any tips appreciated

Awww, I feel sorry for your thread!

I've never made Delia's marmalade but I had a look and it looks fine.

The only marmalade that's been made in our house is from one of those cans of chopped up seville orange you can buy in the supermarket. The instructions on that were similar, as in just boil it up with sugar, and it turned out lovely!

I made it a couple of years ago and it turned out fine.

Will use it again if I get the time and oranges
