Turkey mince- ideas please

Got some reduced- what do I make? PLease help or we're going to have the weirdest henhouse (what do turkeys live in?) pie

Bolognese
Stuffed peppers

Get some tortilla chips, sautee the meat with pepper, onions, mushrooms (whatever you like) put cheese on top and make nachos.

Chilli works well cos the added spices liven it up.

Some great ideas, thanks. Decided to go for meatballs with a weird tomato, sage and olive sauce- it's that time of the month in this house- 1 week til payday so store cupboard ingredients it was. Smells nice but may be horrible

chicken Turkey Burgers
An annabel karmel recipe.
I replace the chicken with turkey mince and it's FANTASTIC!

2oz finely chopped leek
1 onion, finely chopped
6oz grated carrots
1.5 tbps veg oil
6oz grated courgette
2 chopped chicken breasts
1 grated apple
1 crumbled chicken stock cube
1tbsp finely chopped parsley
s&p
6oz white breadcrumbs

Coating:
Flour
2 beaten eggs
seasoned breadcrumbs
oil for frying.

Method
Saute leeks, onion, carrots in veg oil for 3 mins then mix togther remaining ingredients and chopp in food processor for a few secs. Form into 16 burgers usuing floured hands.
Coat in flouyr, then egg, then seasoned crumbs and saute in oil untill golden and cooked through (about 6 mins on each side)

I stick them in the oven after they are browned a bit in the pan
