Made tea yesterday in advance for tonight, and my lot have since all been sick and only want toast!
Can I freeze it? Its contents are all partly cooked potatoes, carrots, sprouts, beans, sweetcorn, green beans, tomaotes, onions, peas. Will it go all watery/soggy when defrosted??? TIA

Well, I freeze this sort of thing all the time and it's usually fine. Potatoes sometimes go a bit woolly but not so's you'd notice!
