Help! Can I cook my turkey breast joint from frozen - I want it for lunch!

Instructions say to defrost first in fridge for 24 hours. This is a Sainsbury's butter basted turkey joint - the sort that comes in a foil tray. Sure when I've bought the M&S one there's been instructions to cook from frozen. But what temp and how long? Anyone buy the chicken joint on offer this weekend as M&S dine for £10? That will have the instructions on the back - hopefully. TIA
