Stupid cooling and reheating question

I cooked my roast beef joint in the slow cooker overnight and have this morning taken it out and carved it.

stupid person bit - We want to eat our roast dinner later, so what do it do with it in the meantime? Do I leave it out until it cools and then pop it in the fridge?

secondly, what the best way of reheating roast beef?
