Can anyone suggest some low fat/healthy but filling meals please?

I'm struggling for some inspiration other than a bit of salmon and some steamed veg {yawn]

baked potato, beans and a huge salad
omelette (no cheese) and huge salad
Pasta, loads of veg and pesto

king prawn or chicken or any fish curry - (cooked with coconut milk) & rice.

Steak (fat cut off) & salad.

Couscous with lots of mixed salad & either a bit of fish, prawns or chicken.

Wholemeal pitta bread filled with scrambled egg & spring onions.
Nicoise Salad (a few new potatoes, a boiled egg quartered, some good tuna and loads of leaves).
Couscous and some roast veg.
