are they easy to make? and can anyone tell me how to do it.

A right old faff, unless you love the smell of boiling oil at home. Take-away every time!

but the ready made ones you get in supermarkets taste minging.

They are pretty faffy to make but quite easy iyswim. BUT as you have to go to a asian market to buy wonton/spring roll wrappers it is worth buying the frozen ones that you can get there as they are usually MUCH nicer than the supermarket ones.

oh i thought you could just use the frozen filo pastry you get in the supermarkets.

You can for spring rolls or samosa type things

do you know how to do the prawn toast?

It is just a paste of raw prawns spread onto bread and then deep fried afaik.
