What pudding an i make with this...

I have;

1 tin of caremel(dulce de leche)
1/4 pint of double cream
SR Flour
Eggs
Sultanas
Coconut
Apples
1 banana

Cream needs using up today and realy fancy caremel, what can we make?

stewed apples. banana split. or both! with caramel and coconut on!

oh i have ice cream, i like the idea of stewed apples with caramel (toffee apple).

so what did you make in the end??
