I've bought a pack of mixed game meat (rabbit, pheasant, partridge, roadkill etc) and I am planning on using it tomorrow.
Any ideas? Casserole? Is it good to slow cook? I haven't cooked game in ages but have been seduced by Valentine Whatsisnmae so if it all goes horribly wrong I'll blame him.
