I do a thing with chicken and avocados which is nice...flour season and brown some chicken pieces with onion add avocados and a cheese sauce and bung in oven. yum. but lardy-fying

Just eat them just as they are - cut in half and apply spoon! Soooooo good for you, you'll haver perfect skin and nails by the 9th

ooh, my mum bought them from morrisons, a 3 pack for 19p. she doesnt like them.

she also bought bok choi in huge quantities and doesnt like them either.

Do you like/have any blue cheese? Mash avocado with blue cheese and then:

spread on buttered toast, or
make into little pasties with some puff pastry
