Baked-bean pie with spinach and potatoe

It is frozen spinach cooked in a cheese sauce, with beans on top then potatoes.

I got it from Annabel Karmel's book, but she did not say it can be frozen, but I cannot see any reason why not.

But on alot of her other recipes she has said they can be frozen.

Freeze it. Wrap it well and use within a month.

some people are 'funny' about freezing mash. not quite sure why but maybe thats why. I'd freeze it and say up to three months (in a proper freezer).
