it's a white fish like cod from vietnam - very nice too especially in batter as our local chippy does it

NP - this was on offer about 6 weeks ago and i had the same dilema, thinking hmm, good pice, but what is it? We tried it and actually it is pretty nice.

I cooked it in an oven dish, in an asian style sauce of soy, mirin, a splash of port, spring onions chopped up, ginger and sliced peppers (ginger and peppers from the freezer). Served it with rice. It was a really nice meal, low fat and really easy meal to make, particularly with active DD running about!
