Yes! Alcohol boils out...he/she will have a sophisticated palate! Mine love stew and a lot of mine have a drop of something in. Did Delia's shin of beef (cheap cut) the other night with value cider....YUM YUM YUM. Unfortnately for DSs we ate it all.
