The reason I am not just buying it as ds2 aged 5 has a wheat allegy. He has been really good about his food but is missing the occassional treat of pizza and garlic bread. So have got some wheat free pizza bases and wheat free part baked baguette and going to do them for tea tonight. But not realy sure what I should do with the garlic and bread. Any ideas please

I usually crush some garlic (about 2 or 3 cloves) and stir into soft butter or margarine, sprinkle parsley into it. Slice the part baked baguette and butter in between the slices. I use quite alot of butter/marg so it's not too dry. Bake until golden.

First bake the bread until it is lightly done. Just crush a clove of garlic and mix it with butter. Slice the bread across in slices of about half an inch but not all the way through the bread and spoon some of the butter in between each slice. wrap it up in tin foil and bake for about 15 mins
