ok - i have bought a cheap cut of lamb that i am told will really benefit from slow roatsing. This is probably a no-brainer, but can i do this in the slow cooker and if so, do i need to brown it first or do anything else to it and how long should i cook it for (would like to have it for tea tonight!). thanks in advance
