Freezing yorkshire puddings??

I know you can buy frozen yorkshire puds ... so is there any reason why I can't freeze home made ones??

I don't know why there might be a problem with it but I would like to be sure. DH and DD love them while I'm not a fan so don't often make them. It'd be handy to make a batch and freeze so they can have one or two when the fancy takes them ...

TIA

yes, MIL does this - makes a couple of trays then freezes them. think she open freezes initially then bags up.

Thank you.
Will give it a go tonight - assuming DH doesn't eat the whole batch before they make it to the freezer
