Anyone from Norway - help to get some 'fudge' cheese - Joetost (sp??)

Years ago we had a Norwegian guy stay with us at my parents house - he'd regularly bring pack a pack of what I can only describe as 'fudge cheese' - name is something like Joetost (sp?). Anyone know where I can buy this from or a kind person send it over from Norway if we get you the money. Loved it very thinly sliced - its nothing like normal cheese .

Thanks - at least I got the right spelling now GJETOST. CD - yes its a sort of fudgey / butterscotch flavour - at £16kg its not too bad a price compared to some local made cheeses we love too.
