Kenwood chef bread recipes

I am SO excited am getting a chef for my bday today.

Am going shopping in a mo, what do I need for bread making?

Strong flour, yeast, salt, sugar, oil. I have the bottom of the range one and although it is good, it can't take more than 2 l.5 - 2lbs of dough as it is not heavy enough.

How many lbs does one need to make?

Oh I'm sure it will but I just fancied making loads at once. 1.5 2lbs will make two loaves

ah I alos need to get some bread tins things I guess

2lb makes two loaves how big?
Like the 800g ones in shop?

No smaller that that I think, not sure really as I usually make baguette type loaves, and of course I just guess.
