Does anyone have a really good chocolate/choc chip muffins recipe?
I made The Dinner Lady's muffins today and was disappointed in them, they didn't rise very well and they weren't very chocolately.
The recipe does call for cocoa powder instead of chocolate which may be the reason.
I understand for reasons of economy they have to use cocoa but I don't think it does much for their taste, even though I used G&B's cocoa.
