Snacks to take to nursery

I give my 11 mo same snacks every day to take to nursery for the afternoon meal :sandwiches with cheese or egg, pieces of cheese, bread sticks and biscuits.
I really would like to increase the variety but cannot think of anything else. Nursery staff probably feel sorry for the poor chap.
By the way, he also has a homecooked casserole for lunch and that varies every day.
These snacks are for nursery so needs to be something that will go in his lunch box.
Please, do you have any suggestions.

Grated cheese and carrot? Fruit? Banana Bread or tea bread/malt loaf? Salmon or sardine (spread or mashed up tinned) sandwiches? Peanut butter sandwiches?
