Another chicken safety question.

Is it ok to cook a chicken casserole this morning, take it out of oven when ready, then re-heat when want to eat it later the same day?? Have no slow cooker & lost instructions to automatic timer for oven....

I always need to check on chicken safety too cc. No answer for you from me, except to say that lots of instructions are available online now, so if you google your oven, you might be able to download a new set.

It should be fine as long as you keep it cool when it is out of the oven and reheat it thoroughly.
