I have just made broccoli and stilton soup that actually tastes like soup and looks like soup ! I am in shock!!!!!

I cant believe it turned out really yummy, even tasted like the fresh soups that you can buy! plus I have oodles of it

And the best bit is all 3 DDs actually like it and have asked to have it for their tea tomorrow night!

I attempted to make chicken and lentil sop a couple of weeks ago and it was a complete disaster!

Basically I cooked up broccoli, potatoes, onion, coconut milk, vegetable stock, stilton and lemon juice.

When it was all cooked I just blended it.
