Help with basic quantities for rice pudding please!!

I can't find a simple recipe. I don't want to precook the rice or add eggs/cream/buffaloes/small trees.
I am just using pudding rice, soya milk and sugar but can't remember how much of each.

2 1/2 oz rice, 1 pint milk, 1 oz sugar.

I usually use 2 Tablespoons Rice to 1 Tablespoon sugar and a Pint of milk.

Or:
140 g uncooked white rice
475 ml milk, divided
65 g white sugar

Serves 4
