Dh is away tonight (joy!) and every time he is away I buy spinach and ricotta tortellini as a quick meal I can make once dd has gone to bed.

I don't fancy that tonight. Does anyone have any quick and easy meals that they make, just for themselves?

Inspire me. Not too much washing up though!!

I always get the duck pancakes kit from Asda and then wash it down with copious quantities a glass or two from the wine box

That sounds like a plan. Now, as I always have a mad dash round Asda at lunchtime, will I find that kit in the fridges?? Obviously wine will need to be involved as well.

It's with the Chinese & Indian bags in a chiller near the deli. You will probably also need to buy a cucumber or a leek to shred up with it, as they no longer include that in the kit

It is truly delicious though

Hope you find it!
