You know, from a can? I am fed up putting the leftover into a jug only for it to fester in the fridge...

Would guess so - you can freeze ordinary milk. Give it a go and find out! Or use what you have to add to curry type sauces or if you make ice cream you can add it in or even add to custard if you like.

I freeze leftoversout of tins all the time, never had a problem with it yet.

Yes, I always do !
In fact, I freeze most things - great way to make sure things don't get wasted.

Thanks for the replies all (I was preparing for tumbleweed on this one!)

SexyDomesticatedDad - Love the name! Is it true?

Made a quick 'ice cream' at the weekend to go with a banana butterscotch tarte tatin;

1 large pot of Sainsbo's basics yoghurt
1 can of coconut millk
2-3 tablespoons of caster sugar
dash or 2 of malibu

Disolve sugar in yoghurt, add the milk. Freeze in ice cream maker, add in malibu. Goes a slushy sort of consistency and all the DS' loved it!

och aye
