Honey gammon joint

I have stupidly promised dh honey gammon for tea. I have honey and gammon what do I do now please?

assuming it's a joint of gammon - then boil for an hour in cola or water with vinegar. Then roast for further 45 mins with honey spooned over top (cover in foil until last 10 mins or so.

For rounds/invididual pieces - cook in oven for 20 or so mins with honey drizzled over. You might want to cover them for first part as honey tends to blacken quickly.

yep just cola if you want to do it that way.
