Does anyone have a good recipe for either beef stew or goulash?

I really like Jamie Oliver's beef stew in his book 'Jamie's Dinners'
Do you have it?
The beef stew is cooked with all kinds of winter veg thrown in, carrots, parsnips etc. and also new pots so it is all done in one. It is very yummy and I am making it again this coming weekend.
Great served with some steamed broccoli and/or some bread.

Yes I'm sitting staring at it right now. Perhaps I'll make that then, I'm always a little hesitant about making recipes without reviews but now that it has your seal of approval I think I'll use that. It does sound good.
