anyone know anything about traditional sweets or cakes from Prague?

Any Czech MNers out there? what's a traditional cake from Prague? all i can find on the net is the easter lamb one, but nothing about how it's made, what's in it .. is there a more year-round option??

There is a Czech Wafer biscuit, its large circular and thin, sometimes comes in a tin,can be plain or have a filling inside, I've had it given to me as a gift,its called oplatky I think.
