Anyone got a recipe for guacamole

I know it's obviously mostly mashed avocado but surely there's more to it than that. Any ideas?

Ooh yes hang on made a lovely one the other day..........

I do: finely chopped red onion, lime juice, fresh coriander, finely chopped red chilli, salt and pepper - mix it all together then stir into mashed avocado.

Lots of recipes have tomato in it but the red globby bits make me shudder, so I leave it out!

Small amount of finely diced red onion and red chilli (discard seeds if you want) plus small squeeze of lime or lemon

Some people add a bit of chopped tomato too.

2 large ripe advocados
juice of a lime
2 tsp olive oil
1 fresh green chilli finely chopped
1 garlic clove crushed
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
salt and pepper

Whizz up an onion, a couple of deseeded/deskinned tomatoes, juice of one lime and avocado flesh. Easy peasy.
