...and it was gorgeous.

Does that make me terribly, terribly grim?

beansprout · 10/10/2008 13:11

JuneBugJen · 10/10/2008 13:11

And a little gassy.

It was Chicken and Mushroom (with perhaps a hint of salt. No, make that Salt and Mushroon) Aims. What was yours?

Do you think there is even the tiniest hint of nutrition in it?

I resisted pot noodles for 43 yrs. Bought some when we were camping, thinking I was just being a narrow-minded snob. Dh loves them, DS#1 also seemed to quite like them, the younger 2 wanted to like them but didn't, and I hated mine. Vile! I love noodles and the like but those were awful.

JuneBugJen · 10/10/2008 13:16

I was a loser too.

Divvy · 10/10/2008 13:17

Its only grim, if you also made a sandwich with it!

JuneBugJen · 10/10/2008 13:17

Divvy · 10/10/2008 13:19

..not that I have ever done that before

JuneBugJen · 10/10/2008 13:19

Not even as a student? A beef and tomato on white bread? after a massive night out?

i used to live on it at university, and i thought because it's been 15 years since then, i'd be okay, but i couldn't do it, junebug.

it just tasted too minging.

onepieceoflollipop · 10/10/2008 13:22

I succumbed and had one the other day; forgot how salty they are. Hadn't had a pot noodle for at least 3 years because they are BAD You are going to be v thirsty later.

Divvy · 10/10/2008 13:22

..better than a pot noodle sandwich, is peanut butter sandwich, dipped in a cup a soup...yum! The peanut butter melts lovely into the bread.

JuneBugJen · 10/10/2008 13:23

Fair point. It was my first one since I left uni -thirteen years ago. Probably the last one for a while.
