chocolate apples

if i make some choc covered apples on sticks, will they keep well for 10 days? or do they go funny once the stick is in them?

Why do you need to make them so far in advance?

Urgh, I wouldn't keep them for more than two or three days in the fridge.

why wouldn't you? what can happen to them... making them ahead cos I'm busy!

they'll be fine in the fridge fo r5-7 days, 10 would be stretching it IMO

wrap individually in greaseproof / cellophane or stick in freezer bags if you are worried
