Spinach and potato curry, Balti or Rogan Josh?

what do you think I have a jar of each,
I was going to par boil pots for 100mins then put in with sauce and add spinach at last minute, does that sund OK?

Carm, you have guided me through so much but I think curry may be too far for little old me. and obviously I will boil the tatties for 10mins not 100mins as even I know that would make them mushy.

I will say tho......you might need to boil the tatties for a wee bit longer. I did one last week (from scratch so nerrr), and the tatties took forever!!

well of course you can make curry from scratch, you only have 5 dc its not like you have anything else to do.
would you just cook the tatties till cooked andthen chuck it all together?

I would do that yes (tatties wise).

do not for one minute think I am a kitchen godess........I am just able to do the odd thing from scratch is all, and that is one of them (occasionally and if I have time. I do jars too)
