Chicken and avocado recipe?

Anyone got a recipe that involved chicken and avocado? DS is 7.5 months old and love avocado and I think it's a great combi but not sure how to cook them together? Thanks!

I do a simple salad with chicken avocado and spinach leaves. There's other stuff involved for adults but for a toddler you could just serve it up as finger food.

I also cook chicken and avocado pasta. Penne works best, with a light sauce, maybe a little thyme.

Ans you could bake the avocado stuffed with chicken and grated parmasan on top.

hmm let's see if I can do this from memory:

chop/fry an onion
(and possibly a garlic - I'll get back to you after my next trip to the kitchen)
tin of tomatoes
diced chicken breasts
til cooked
season
stir through diced avocado

serve over pasta (shapes better than noodles)

this Delia recipe is fantastic, I use cheddar and you can leave out the sherry. It's delicious, and incredibly easy.
