BBQ queens, step in this direction with your favourite numbers

We are braai-ing (a la South African) for friends at the weekend, I need some good marinade suggestions and dishes to go with the meat...

anyone?

not really anything special - bit of ketchup, mixed herbs, chopped chilli, oil and a bit of chutney(if doing it a la SA do you have Mrs Balls chutney?) mix and leave chicken/meat to marinate for at least 2 hour before cooking. Am ever so envious of your braai it's raining here
