Have prepared casserole in advance - should I cook it?

I've put everything except meat into a casserole dish (tomatoes, beans, veg, potatoes) but now we're not eating it tonight and are having it tomorrow instead. So should I cook it today and reheat it tomorrow, or can I leave it uncooked in the fridge until I cook it tomorrow? Or does it make no difference?

Cook it today. flavour improves overnight.

I would put the meat in and cook it, things often taste better the day after they've been cooked rather than on the day.

Will do - thanks!
