.....I have got to make a cake for school tomorrow and thought I would make a lovely lemon frizzle cake except when DH popped to the shops for me the only thing he forgot was......a lemon

So my question to you all is - can I make the same cake but make it an orange drizzle cake? What do you think?

I've had orange drizzle cake and its delicious! You might need to adjust the sweetness, depending on the sweetness of the orange.

oR, LEAVE LEMON OUT, AD A TABLESPOON OR 2 OF COCOA AND A BIT OF EXTRA MILK AND YOU HAVE A FAB CHOC CAKE

[sigh] BabyDragon hit the capslock when I wasn't looking.

I have a confession - I ate a whole family-sized lemon drizzle cake by myself yesterday.

It was delicious.

Oooh you bad girl!

Have found a recipe and made a orange and sultana tray bake. Hope it turns out ok, have never made it before.
