chicken tikka recipe anyone? or something else?

from scratch hopefully rather than bung a jar of tikka sauce in with the rest of the ingredients & cook it!

chicken tikka is supposedf to be dry -

You need to marinate the chicken in:
lemon Juice
2 tbsp Yogurt
2 tsp Chilli
2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/4 tsp Ginger paste
2 tsp Garlic paste
2 tsp Butter
1-2 tbsp Salt
marinate as long as possible, then bake in hot oven fast, or grill.

ah, you see they sell it in jars in asda & I had visions of being told to get one of them rather than do it myself.
