I'm looking for healthy recipes that I can make in bulk, divide into individual portions and freeze....

Other than Cottage Pie and Chilli, what's your favourite?

thanks!!

Yes i freeze in foil trays or take away pots which is about 1 portion.

I also freeze slices of roast beef/pork and chicken in gravy to reheat for meals.

Any kind of pasta bake - slightly limiting if you don't like cheese

Risotto

Curry (freeze with or without rice)

Nigella's Greekish lamb pasta sauce, Delia's black bean chilli, Venison casserole, sausage casserole, chicken stew, chicken fricassee which I can either serve with rice, or top with scrunched up filo for a pie, bolognaise sauce, soup.

I rearranged my freezer yesterday - hence the list!
